One day as I was working in the kitchen, I look to check on Sarah because she was way too quiet. I found her sitting on the rocking chair by herself. No accidents. No clutz attacks. She was just sitting there. I continued to observe her throughout the day and she climbed on and off with no problem. So I just let her.
I couldn't help but smirk when one day I saw her sitting on the rocking chair with her book opened perfectly on her lap and her glancing up on the tv once in awhile. I hope she loves books as much as her dad and I. But I hope she continues to be active, play, and want to be outside causing trouble.
I wonder where she picks this up from though because I don't exactly read books in the rocking chair.
