They cooked me and Hannah dinner on Saturday. They made steak and potatoes. Okay, so JP did the cooking, but it didn't stop this little girl from walking over to him and wanting to see the action!
I really look forward to days where JP and Sarah will cook and bake together. I know that's usually what the mom dreams of. But JP is passionate about cooking. He loves to cook. It's like a laboratory for a mad scientist. It's also a way he expresses himself and serves others.

I've been sort of in and out of the hospital the last month. JP has really stepped up to the plate in playing Mr. Mom. He's the one that has been cooking the meals. Taking care of me and Hannah. Taking care of chores and running the errands.
Sarah, when you read this, I want you to know how much your dad does for us and how much he loves us. He loves YOU so much. I can't explain the look in his eyes when he looks at you or when he stares at you when you fall asleep or when you're still asleep when he leaves for work. You're going to have so much fun going on adventures with him.
