When Sarah finally came home, Uncle Philip took tons of pictures of her. He absolutely could not wait to meet her. I think she recognizes him as the guy that keeps taking pictures of me. It's hard to believe that she was this small. It's funny to me that people would say how cute she was because now seeing her, she looks way cuter now than before.
She had way more hair, so it seems, when she was just born than now.
She already smiled quite a bit when she was only a few weeks old. It was our favorite thing to catch her doing. We still love her smile. She's a very happy baby. She is also very expressive with her hands.
I didn't take any posed newborn pictures of her because I thought they were kind of cheesy. So just in case you were looking for the picture of the baby in the basket naked with a bow around her head or anything like that. You're not going to find it here. I'm more of the candid shot type of person. My brother is very good at capturing these moments and I think captured already who she is even though she was a newborn.
